Henry Happel. Mr. Happel has served as the company’s President and CEO since the beginning of 2002. He was a partner in a downtown Seattle business law firm for over 25 years. Mr. Happel holds a degree in economics from Yale and a law degree from Stanford.
Henry Seemann. Mr. Seemann is the company’s founder, majority shareholder, and Chief Technology Officer. Since 1991 he has been engaged full time in the development and refinement of mobile robotic products for ARVI. Mr. Seemann has over 25 years previous experience in engineering and sales management in robotics and electronics manufacturing. He holds a degree in electronic and mechanical engineering from National Electronic Tech and completed two years of computer/robotics interface training at Carnegie Mellon.
Don Brown. General Brown has served on the ARVI Board of Directors since June, 2000. He retired from the United States Air Force as a Major General responsible for strategic and tactical airlift operations of the Military Airlift Command, covering the area west of the Mississippi to the East Coast of Africa, and in command of 35,000 personnel. General Brown received a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia and an MBA from Syracuse University.
Jennifer Myhre. Ms. Myhre has provided consulting services to ARVI in investor and business operations and been the company’s Secretary/Treasurer since December 1999. She has over 15 years of executive level experience in banking, and currently serves as First Vice President of Mortgage Banking Administration for Washington Mutual. Ms. Myhre holds an MBA degree from UCLA.
